NEW VOUCHER FOR EMPLOYEES WITH €400 PAY – EXPECTED

The action provides 80 hours of theoretical training to private-sector salaried employees, leading to knowledge and skills and corresponding certification through independent certification bodies.

Employees who meet the following conditions are eligible for the action:

  • Are salaried employees in the private sector
  • Are over 18 years old
  • Have completed at least compulsory education
  • Have not taken part in an earlier DYPA voucher programme (for employees or unemployed people)

Beneficiaries will be able to choose a training programme in high-demand sectors, with an emphasis on digital, green and financial skills.

 

 TRAINING PROGRAMMES (FOR EXAMPLE):

  1. Administrative Support Executive
  2. Digital Social Networking Skills with workplace applications (Social Media)
  3. Project Management

The training programmes last about 4 weeks and consist of 80 teaching hours, as follows:

  • 12 hours of in-person training
  • 48 hours of live distance training (distance learning with a trainer)
  • 20 hours of asynchronous distance training

Placement in a training class is gradual and adapted to each beneficiary's working hours

The training allowance is €400 (€5 per hour of training).
