A new NSRF program for higher education graduates who want to establish their own business or have already started professional activity since 2025, with a subsidy that can reach up to €36,000.

The program is aimed at young scientists and professionals who wish to take the next step in their entrepreneurial journey, offering substantial financial support for the launch or development of their activity. The activity must be related to the field of study.

How to know if you are eligible

If the following applies to you, you can apply.

You graduated from a university or TEI after 1/1/2016.

First basic degree. Higher Artistic Education Schools and conservatories are also recognized.

You are unemployed or self-employed, or you are considering starting your own business

Your individual income is up to €30,000.

If you are a protected member, the family income limit is up to €75,000.

You want to start your own business now or have started it after 2025.

Sole proprietorship or company with partners. No franchises, no catering/tourism/retail.

Good to know: the amounts are given in 3 installments without requiring invoices. It is enough to operate the business legally.

Why simply applying is not enough

The evaluation is comparative. This means that all applications are scored, and only those with the highest score per Region are included — until the €70 million budget is exhausted.

Two identical applications can have a 10-15 point difference simply due to the way the business plan was written, the choice of NACE code, or the structure of the corporate scheme. That’s where we come in.
