The program aims to enhance the knowledge and skills of private sector employees.
More specifically, the program aims to acquire and/or enhance the professional knowledge and skills of the beneficiaries, as well as obtain relevant certification, in order to meet the modern demands of the labor market in sectors of the economy with growth prospects.
Employees who meet the following conditions are eligible to participate in the action:
- Must be private sector employees with fixed or rotating working hours.
- Must be graduates of at least compulsory education.
Those who have attended a previous cycle of the same program in Digital and Green Skills (Action 16913) are not eligible to participate in the program.

It is a prerequisite that participating employees must be over 18 years old and must be graduates of at least compulsory education (junior high school).
The program involves the provision of theoretical training lasting up to 150 hours, leading to the acquisition of knowledge and skills with corresponding free certification through independent bodies.
The goal is for the beneficiaries to improve their professional and financial prospects by acquiring an internationally recognized certification that will meet the modern needs of businesses for modernization and competitiveness.

Enrollment in the sections is gradual and depends on the beneficiary's availability, with flexible schedules to best serve the employees.
EDUCATION ALLOWANCE
The training allowance is up to €750 (€5/hour of training).
*The final amount of the education allowance is expected to be clarified with the publication of the Call.
