Decision to extend employment.
According to the Government Gazette 5580/B/ 21.09.2023 Amendment of the Joint Ministerial Decision No. 2.2897/22-07-2022, “Promotion of employment through Public Benefit Programmes in
Services of the Ministry of Environment and Energy and the Ministry of Immigration and Asylum (Reception and Identification Services – YPYT)” (V’ 4003).
In particular, the Joint Decision provides that the beneficiaries will continue to be employed for an additional six (6) months, under the same conditions as defined in the already issued Public Invitation and in the same positions. Beneficiaries whose contract has expired before the publication of the new Joint Ministerial Decision will be reinstated in their posts as of the beginning of
the current one, for the entire period of the eight-month extension of the programme.
Subject of the action
The objective of the action is to provide theoretical training programmes and certification of the knowledge to be acquired by the beneficiaries of the programme who have been placed
in posts and have chosen to follow the training programmes.
The Training Action is mandatory for beneficiaries up to 54 years of age and optional for beneficiaries aged 55 years and older.
Aim of the action
The aim of the action is to further strengthen and upgrade the qualifications and skills of the unemployed and, in combination with their employment, to achieve the objective of their integration/re-entry into
the labour market.

The documents that should be submitted are as follows:
Copy of the Identity Card
Certificate of registration with the EFKA
Copy of Diploma / Degree
DYPA Application form
Certificate from the supervising institution
The TRAINING will be carried out EXCLUSIVELY via REMOTE TRAINING, with REGULAR PAYMENT and NO ATTENDANCE to
the service.
