Computer Knowledge Certification

The KEK10-KDBM Pallinis implements training programs for Computer Skills Certification, according to the specifications of ASEP, in cooperation with the certified and recognized body UCERT.

Certification Standard Office User – UCERT

The Standard Office User certificate is:

• Recognized by EOPPEP
• Accepted by ASEP for recruitments and any official personnel change in the Greek Public Sector
• Accredited by ESYD according to the international standard ISO/IEC 17024:2012

The certification covers basic knowledge of operating the Microsoft Office suite and is widely accepted in European Union countries and internationally.

Upon obtaining it, the holder officially demonstrates their knowledge and ability in using office software applications.

Computer Literacy Certification is necessary for:

• Public sector recruitment
• Participation in ASEP job announcements
• Transfers and personnel changes for appointed civil servants
• Appraisal of Administrative Officers
• Recruitments in Security Forces (Police, Coast Guard, Fire Department)

The certification exam can cover the following subjects:

• Computer Operation & File Management
• Text editing
• Spreadsheets
• Internet services
• Data bases
• Presentations

The modules required for certification in accordance with the ASEP are the 3 modules: Word Processing, Spreadsheets, Internet Services.

The courses can be conducted in person at our IT labs, remotely via asynchronous e-learning, or through a blended method.
