📌 Application Steps

Follow the 3 steps below to submit your application.

Step 1 – Log in to the Platform

Select the link:

Home / Education / Training / Registration in the Register of Beneficiary Employees for training in skill upgrade programs in high-demand sectors with an emphasis on digital, green, and financial literacy skills

Then:

👉 Log in with your personal Taxisnet credentials.

Step 2 – Complete Details & Documents

Fill in your personal details and attach the following 4 supporting documents:

Copy of a valid ID Card or Passport
Copy of at least a Compulsory Education diploma or a higher degree, as well as an official translation and recognition act if the degree was obtained abroad.
Proof of Working Hours
Solemn Declaration (terms a. ba. bb. c. d. e.) via gov.gr to the Public Employment Service (DYPA) with the following text:

a. I am not attending or have not attended another training program implemented under the same action (Action 16913 “SUB 2: Horizontal upskilling/reskilling programs to targeted populations”), of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan “Greece 2.0” with funding from the European Union – Next Generation EU.

ba. The total hours of subsidized continuing vocational training programs I have attended during the last one (1) calendar year before the publication of this call do not exceed the maximum duration limit for non-formal learning programs, as defined in Article 3.5.2 of Ministerial Decision no. 82759/29.8.2022 of the Ministers of Development and Investments, Education and Religious Affairs, and Labor and Social Affairs “System for Planning and Managing the Implementation of co-funded/subsidized non-formal learning programs, Continuing Vocational Training (CVT) and General Adult Education (GAE)” (B’ 4581), as applicable.

bb. No subsidized continuing vocational training program under item ba that I have attended has led to the acquisition of a certificate for the same skills.

c. I am not currently attending and will not attend any other training program subsidized by European Union funds that has a class schedule that coincides, in whole or in part, with the training program for which I am submitting this application.

d. I am an employed wage-earner, with an dependent employment relationship, in the Private Sector, I do not practice a liberal profession, and the training attendance will not coincide with my working hours.

e. I have the necessary equipment and internet access to attend distance learning.

📌 Bank Account Details – IBAN Account

According to today’s announcement by DYPA,

The bank account number (IBAN) is completed upon submission of the questionnaire after the theoretical training ends and is cross-referenced through the Interoperability Center.

The bank account number (IBAN) must be correct, active, and valid until the completion of payments, with the sole responsibility of the beneficiary.

Upon submitting the application, you will receive a confirmation that includes the:
