KEK10 K.D.B.M. – Training and Counselling Centre, license number: 2100427, has complied with the provisions of General Regulation 679/2016 (EU) 2016/679 of the EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA IN THE CONTEXT OF “TRAINING VOUCHER” PROGRAMMES

Our organization with the name “CENTER FOR VOCATIONAL TRAINING IN PALLIN & S.A.”, K.D.B.M. with the distinctive title “KEK10” and contact details phone: 2106664106, address: 10 Marathonos Street, Pallini, email: info@kek10.gr, collects at your request and processes your personal data as a controller, in order to provide you with training and/or consulting services in the context of the “TRAINING VOUCHER” programs, in full compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on Data Protection, Law No. 3471/2006 on Data Protection in the Electronic Communications Sector and in accordance with the current Data Protection Policy, accessible on the website. https://kek10.gr

The categories of data we collect from you include, where applicable (depending on the participation programme), identity data (first name, surname, patronymic, maiden name, copy of identity card/passport, date of birth/age, place of birth, origin), education data (qualifications, computer degree, certificates of knowledge, desired training programme, training cheque code/TCS code, training dates, attendance), employment data (speciality, previous experience, employer details, type of contract, date of start/end of contract, working hours, O.AED, time of unemployment, time of unemployment of spouse), financial data (VAT/tax identification number of spouse, tax office, individual/family income, payment data), social security data (spouse’s AMKA/AMKA, insurance institution, insurance category), social protection data (beneficiary of social solidarity income, community service), social protection data (beneficiary of social solidarity income, community service), marital status data (single-parent family, number of minor children), health data (disabled category – percentage, disabled dependent children – percentage, dyslexia certificate), criminal offences and contact data (residence, telephone number, e-mail address).

The processing of your personal data is necessary for you to participate in the desired “TRAINING VOUCHER” program and to provide you with our services. Your personal data will not be transmitted to third parties, except to the public authorities or services responsible for the management of the relevant programme and any Certification Bodies and will be kept for five (05) years from the completion of the training for as long as the respective public call.

Please read carefully these terms and the relevant Security and Privacy Policy of our institution. By using our websites and/or signing the relevant consent form, where applicable, you unconditionally accept the practices described herein, the terms of which govern the contractual relationship between us and are incorporated into the terms of use of each of our services.

1.What is your personal data

Your personal data includes any information, on paper or electronically, which may lead, either directly or in combination with other data, to your unique identification or to your identification as a natural person. This category includes, as the case may be, data such as your full name, your physical & electronic addresses (emails), academic education data & Professional Experience, your landline and mobile phone numbers and any other information that allows your unique identification in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR 2016/679), the applicable Greek legislation and the decisions of the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (Hellenic Data Protection Authority).

  1. What personal data we collect about you

For example, we process and protect your personal data in the context of lawful, and in accordance with the relevant Legislative & Regulatory Framework for Training Institutions, collection of data from Trainings, implementation of e-learning Seminars, in the context of Marketing actions and in the context of general communication / support / information and any other activity of our Institution.

  1. Processing with your explicit consent

Our Institution will use your information for the following legitimate processing purposes, within the framework of the Contract between us or if you have given us your explicit and specific consent, per service (which you may freely withdraw at any time), namely:

  • For the management of your data & information in the context of the implementation of a Training Program using the distance learning method.
  • To support / inform you about our services / answer your requests and questions as well as inform and answer your suggestions and comments on the improvement of our services.
  • For reasons of “internal” quality assurance of our services
  • To analyze website traffic and improve your experience and to provide you with information related to services, educational programs, general/technical information, etc.
  • For internal operations and analysis such as internal management, fraud prevention, use of management information systems, invoicing, accounting, billing and control.
  1. What are the principles of collection and processing

This Privacy Policy aims to inform you of the terms of collection, processing and transfer of your personal data that we may collect as Data Controllers or Processors.

Our Institution and its trained staff apply all the Processing Principles of the GDPR 2016/679 (lawfulness, objectivity, transparency, purpose limitation, data minimization, accuracy, storage time limitation, integrity, confidentiality and accountability).

At the same time, our Institution protects and ensures your Rights regarding the use of your Personal Data (information, access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, objection and non-automated decision-making based on profiles), as specified in the GDPR and Greek legislation. The above apply without any distinction and apply to all processing carried out and to all services provided by our Institution.

  1. What are the ways we collect your personal data

Our institution collects your personal data with your consent and acceptance of the terms of use of each of our services, such as:

  • when you call our numbers, when you email us or fill out an information request or request for an Education Program.
  • in the context of the implementation of Trainings
  • when you send us the postal address of an invoice or service receipt and details of the delivery of a document (e.g. a Training Certificate).
  • when you voluntarily subscribe to printed or electronic directories to receive printed, electronic or SMS newsletters or other marketing material or renew your preferences
  • when you visit our websites through which we collect, via cookies, the necessary information from your terminal device and your browser.
  1. Minimise, store and delete your data

Our Institution will always ask you for the minimum personal data required by law for the implementation of our Services and for your best possible service.

Our Institution retains your personal data only for as long as required by the contractual terms of each service, in conjunction with the applicable for Education Institutions and the general telecommunications, tax and other legislation and regulatory framework, based on the purpose of processing and then anonymizes or destroys them. You can ask us and find out what data we collect about you and correct or delete it, unless its retention is required by law for tax, evidentiary or judicial purposes and for the prosecution of illegal acts.

As a rule, our Institution does not transmit your personal data to third parties except when clearly required by the Legislation / Regulatory Framework or when we act as “intermediaries” and to the extent that this is necessary to complete a service and to fulfil requests relating to the services provided by us.

Such third parties may be e.g. official certification bodies / Regulatory / Governmental Bodies (e.g. TOEFL, ASPD etc.), when we are required to comply with the Legislation / Regulations for Education Bodies and / or to prevent illegal actions against us and our Trainees (e.g. fraud, insult, defamation of personality etc.).

We work with reputable Academic and other Partners (Instructors / Trainers) and place contractual restrictions on third parties who may receive your personal data, to ensure as far as possible that they use it in accordance with this Policy and applicable European and international data protection laws.

In order to process your data, we may need to transfer your information to other countries, including countries mostly within and extremely outside the European Economic Area (EEA) based on EU adequacy decisions, corporate binding rules, standard contracts and approved codes of conduct.

  1. Security of your personal data

In any case, we take appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure that your personal information is transferred, stored and processed in accordance with appropriate security standards and procedures and in accordance with the terms of this Policy and the applicable data protection laws.

In our institution we have trained and responsible staff and we recognize the importance of protecting your privacy and all your personal information. To this end, we have appropriate security policies in place and use appropriate technical and operational tools, such as data encryption, use of firewalls, establishment of access levels, authorized employees, staff training, periodic audits), compliance with international security and Business Continuity Standards.

  1. Unsolicited commercial communications

Our Institution does not allow the use of our website or our services for the transmission of bulk or unsolicited commercial e-mails (spam). Furthermore, we do not allow the sending of messages from and to our Trainees that use or contain invalid or falsified headers, invalid or non-existent domain names, techniques to conceal the origin of each message, false or misleading information or violate the terms of use of websites.

We do not permit or authorize any attempt to use our services in a manner that could damage, disable, impair, impair any part of our services or interfere with anyone who wishes to use our services.
