NEW VOUCHER EXPECTED FOR EMPLOYEES WITH PAY UP TO 750€

CONCERNING EMPLOYEES IN THE PRIVATE SECTOR WHO HAVE NOT PARTICIPATED IN A PREVIOUS SCHEME VOUCHERS OF THE D.I.P.A. (EMPLOYEES OR UNEMPLOYED)

The action concerns the provision of theoretical training of up to 150 hours to employees in the private sector, leading to the acquisition of knowledge and skills with corresponding certification through independent bodies.

The aim of the action is for the beneficiaries (employees) to invest in their development by strengthening their knowledge and skills.

Employees who meet the following conditions are eligible to participate in the action:

  • They are private sector employees
  • Are over 18 years of age
  • They are graduates of at least compulsory education
  • Have not taken part in a previous DHS voucher programme (employee or unemployed)

Beneficiaries will be able to choose a training programme in high-demand sectors, with a focus on digital, green and financial skills.

TRAINING PROGRAMMES (INDICATIVE):

  1. Secretarial Support Executive
  2. Digital Social Networking Skills with workplace applications (Social Media)
  3. Project Management (Project Management)
  4. Artificial Intelligence (coming soon)

Mixed training (synchronous and asynchronous training).

Integration into a training course is gradual and adapted to the working hours of each beneficiary.

The training allowance is up to €750(€5/hour of training).

*The final amount of the education allowance is expected to be clarified with the publication of the Call.
