NO RESTRICTION ON PREVIOUS PARTICIPATION IN VOUCHER PROGRAM!
The action involves providing theoretical training of up to 400 hours, leading to the acquisition of knowledge and skills with corresponding certification through independent bodies.
The aim of the action is to effectively link training with the needs of the labor market in key sectors and enhance the employability of the unemployed, for their faster reintegration into employment.
BENEFICIARIES - ELIGIBILITY
Employees who meet the following conditions are eligible to participate in the action:
- They are registered in the Unemployment Registers of the DHS, regardless of whether they receive unemployment benefits
- Are over 18 years of age
- They are graduates of at least compulsory education
*Those who have attended a voucher program in digital and green skills of action 16913 can also participate in this action.
The selection of beneficiaries will be made on a first-come, first-served basis according to the date of submission of the participation application.
TRAINING OBJECTS
Beneficiaries will attend a training program that is connected to the needs of economic sectors that are in high demand in the country.
METHOD OF IMPLEMENTATION
Tele-training (synchronous and asynchronous education).
TRAINING DEPARTMENTS
Beneficiaries will have the opportunity to choose from a variety of morning and afternoon classes. Enrollment in a training course is gradual and adapted to the availability of each beneficiary.
EDUCATION ALLOWANCE
The educational allowance is up to 2000€ (5 €/hour of training).
