NEW SUBSIDIZED!!!! INTEGRATED TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT ACTION FOR 15.000 UNEMPLOYED PEOPLE AGED 25-45 YEARS

The VOUCHER programmes of the Ministry of Labour and DYPA are a great opportunity for private companies that wish to acquire trained staff for 4 to 6 months, free of charge, in the form of an internship.

The submission of online applications for the
new “Business Grant Programme for the
employment of unemployed people aged 25 to 45 years old” has started, which aims
to train 10,000 unemployed people and create 7,500 new
full-time jobs.
 Companies that employ unemployed people for 6 months
in a new job will receive a grant of up to 100%
of the total cost (salary and contributions), with a maximum
of €6,132.
 After the application is submitted,
DYPA employment consultants will match the company with candidates with the
required qualifications declared by the company.
 Then, the company will pre-select the beneficiary, who will
attend an accelerated 80-hour distance
training programme in green or
digital skills of their choice.
 After the training is completed, the company will
proceed to hire the unemployed person.
