class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Oggetto dell&#8217;azione<\/h2><p>L \u201cobiettivo dell\u201d Azione \u00e8 la fornitura di servizi di formazione teorica che portino alla certificazione delle conoscenze e delle abilit\u00e0 in specifiche aree di competenza.  <\/p><h2>Scopo del programma<\/h2><p>L \u201cobiettivo del programma di formazione \u00e8 l\u201d aggiornamento e la riqualificazione dei lavoratori del settore turistico.<\/p><h2>Durata del Programma \u2013 Modalit\u00e0 di attuazione<\/h2><p>Ogni tirocinante seguir\u00e0 250 ore di formazione teorica nella specialit\u00e0 di sua scelta, in un periodo non superiore a tre (3) mesi.  <strong>I programmi di formazione saranno erogati interamente tramite formazione asincrona a Servizi di Spa\/Talassoterapia \u2013 SPA<\/a><\/p><p><a Dirigente dell&#8217;Ufficio del Turismo.<\/a><\/p><h2>Ammissibilit\u00e0 \u2013 Beneficiari<\/h2><p>Possono partecipare i beneficiari che abbiano conseguito almeno duecento (200) salari giornalieri negli ultimi dieci anni nel settore del turismo o in una specialit\u00e0 correlata alla formazione e che appartengano a una delle seguenti categorie:<\/p><p>(a) Lavoratori stagionali delle imprese turistiche<\/p><p>(b) Disoccupati temporanei e disoccupati di lunga durata nel settore del turismo.<\/p><p>(c) Dipendenti di imprese turistiche i cui contratti di lavoro sono stati sospesi nel 2020 e\/o 2021 a causa della cessazione o sospensione temporanea dell&#8217;attivit\u00e0 delle imprese in cui lavoravano, nel contesto delle misure adottate per prevenire e combattere la diffusione del COVID;<\/p><h2>Indennit\u00e0 per l&#8217;istruzione<\/h2><p><strong>Ogni partecipante ricever\u00e0 un&#8217;indennit\u00e0 di formazione di 1.250 euro<\/strong> (5 euro per ogni ora di frequenza), subordinata alla partecipazione agli esami di certificazione.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1974075 elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"1974075\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"spacer.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div
