178)]:<\/p><p>Those participating in <strong><span class=\"bold-text-class\">NON-SUBSIDIZED<\/span> <\/strong>initial or continuing vocational training programs implemented by IEK, SAEK, KEK\/KEDIVIM <strong><span class=\"bold-text-class\">can register or remain registered<\/span><\/strong> in the Digital Register of Job Seekers.<\/p><p>Those participating or who will participate in <strong><span class=\"bold-text-class\">SUBSIDIZED<\/span><\/strong> continuing vocational training programs <strong><span class=\"bold-text-class\">can register or remain registered<\/span><\/strong> in the Digital Register of Job Seekers<strong> <\/strong><span class=\"bold-text-class\"><strong>PROVIDED THAT<\/strong> <\/span>the total number of hours they have attended during the last one (1) calendar year before the publication of the relevant call <strong><u><span class=\"bold-text-class\">DOES NOT exceed:<\/span><\/u><\/strong><\/p><ul><li>the limit of <strong><span class=\"bold-text-class\">600 hours<\/span><\/strong> for <strong><span class=\"bold-text-class\">unemployed<\/span><\/strong> training programs (For training programs aimed at socially vulnerable groups of the population, training hours are determined in the respective calls)<\/li><li>the limit of <strong><span class=\"bold-text-class\">300 hours<\/span><\/strong> for training programs for <strong><span class=\"bold-text-class\">employed<\/span><\/strong> wage earners and self-employed individuals<\/li><li>the limit of <strong><span class=\"bold-text-class\">250 hours<\/span><\/strong> for <strong><span class=\"bold-text-class\">General Adult Education (G.A.E.)<\/span><\/strong> programs<\/li><\/ul><p>Those who do not meet the aforementioned condition are deleted from the digital register for the duration of the program and have the right to re-register upon completion of the program.<\/p><p>Registered unemployed individuals, subsidized or not, during their participation in a vocational training or education program, continue to have the same rights and obligations as other registered unemployed individuals in the DYPA Digital Register.<\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/kek10.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/nomos_5239_2025_fekA178.pdf\"><strong>Click here to view the relevant Government Gazette (Article 98) in detail.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f137ae8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"f137ae8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"spacer.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer-inner\"><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-fd30221 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"fd30221\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-2bad478\" data-id=\"2bad478\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Based on current legislation [Article 34 of Law 4554\/2018, as amended and in force by paragraph 2, of Article 98, of Law 5239\/2025 (A&#8217;
