KEK10 K.D.V.M., <\/strong>a certified Lifelong Learning Center (KDBM) by the National Organization for the Certification of Qualifications and Vocational Guidance (EOPPEP) and the Ministry of Education, Religions and Sports (certification code: 2100427), implements a training program compatible with the Professional Profile of a Career\/Vocational Guidance Counselor and provides a certificate of attendance for the program “TRAINING OF VOCATIONAL AND CAREER GUIDANCE COUNSELORS”<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Professional Counselors are scientists trained to share their knowledge and skills with those seeking their help<\/p>

The National Organization for the Certification of Qualifications and Vocational Guidance (E.O.P.P.E.P.) implements a certification system for the adequacy of qualifications of Career\/Vocational Guidance Counselors. The certification system includes classifications into certification levels and aims to ensure the quality of lifelong career guidance services provided to citizens.<\/p>

Program duration: 300 hours<\/b><\/p>

275 hours of asynchronous attendance & 25 hours of synchronous training<\/b><\/p>

Internship Duration: 200 hours<\/b><\/p>

The program is aimed at Higher Education graduates, regardless of their main degree, who wish to acquire knowledge in Counseling and Vocational Guidance:<\/b><\/p>

  • Teachers, Adult Educators<\/li>
  • Psychologists, Therapists,<\/li>
  • Coaches \u2013 Mentors,<\/li>
  • HR Managers<\/li>
  • Students and unemployed individuals<\/li>
  • And to all those who wish to work as Career and Vocational Guidance Counselors.<\/li><\/ul>

    Participants:<\/b><\/p>

    • have access to modern educational material,<\/strong> notes, PowerPoint presentations, books, and articles in electronic format,<\/li>
    • practice case studies and simulations,<\/strong><\/li>
    • participate in online sessions<\/strong> using a specialized counseling information system<\/li>
    • practice with updated Counseling tools<\/strong> using our organization’s integrated counseling process support system<\/li>
    • Interact with instructors<\/strong> in an experiential learning environment.<\/li><\/ul>

        • Fields of counseling application\/target groups \u2013 design and organization of services \u2013 material and technical infrastructure and CVG tools<\/li>
        • Ethics and Client Management<\/li>
        • Networking and connection with the labor market<\/li><\/ul><\/li>
        • Methodology for providing Career\/Vocational Guidance services<\/strong>
          • Theories of Professional Development and Methodology of Career\/Vocational Guidance<\/li>
          • Professional Assessment and Information for the Counselor<\/li>
          • Self-awareness – Self-perception \u2013 Self-esteem and Career Choice<\/li>
          • Decision Making<\/li>
          • Transition<\/li><\/ul><\/li>
          • Evaluation, redesign, and expansion of access to CVG services<\/strong>
            • Quality assurance of CVG services<\/li>
            • Professional development of Counselors<\/li>
            • Promotion and dissemination of CVG services<\/li><\/ul><\/li>
            • Special topics in Counseling<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>

              Certificate of Completion<\/strong><\/p>

              Upon completion of the program and provided there are no outstanding financial obligations, the trainee immediately receives a printed certificate of successful completion, accompanied by a Diploma Supplement.<\/p>
