broad groups of individuals:<\/p><p>A) To those who want to be considered for the recruitment of trainers, psychologists and career counsellors in Second Chance Schools.<br>B) For active teachers of all specialties and all levels.<br>C) For undergraduate and postgraduate students.<br>D) Private teachers working in private schools or other structures.<\/p><p><strong>Objective<\/strong><\/p><p>The 800-hour programme aims to provide theoretical and practical training for people who are interested in working as Adult Educators, Career Counsellors or Psychologists in Second Chance Schools (SSEs).<\/p><p><strong>Duration<\/strong><\/p><p>The program has a total duration of 800 hours, is implemented over a period of 7.5 months, and corresponds to 40 ECVET credits.<\/p><p>Expected Outcomes<\/p><p>Having completed the program, trainees are expected to:<\/p><ul><li>Know the basic theoretical principles governing the field of Adult Education.<br>\u2022 They are able to apply the basic principles of design, implementation and evaluation of educational programmes for adults.<br>\u2022 They know the history, the institutional framework, the nature of the curricula, as well as the profile of the SDE trainer.<br>\u2022 They design teaching units and small educational programmes in their field of specialization within the framework of SDE operations.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Delivery Method<\/strong><\/p><p>The educational design follows a methodology that supports Open and Distance e-learning. Teaching through an asynchronous distance learning system is primarily based on the asynchronous study of educational material and activity development, largely ensuring the autonomy of the learner. <\/p><p>The program consists of three (3) parts in total:<\/p><ul><li>Part A: Theoretical Framework of Adult Education<\/li><li>Part B: Familiarisation with the specific context of Second Chance Schools<\/li><li>Part C: Literacies in Second Chance Schools.<\/li><\/ul><p>Each part includes:<\/p><ul><li>asynchronous online teaching via an e-learning platform, allowing the trainee to choose their personal study schedule to review the educational material,<\/li><li>additional Training Material,<\/li><li>Assessment activities.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Certificate of Completion<\/strong><\/p><p>Upon completion of the program and provided there are no outstanding financial obligations, the trainee immediately receives a printed certificate of successful completion,
