KEK10 K.D.B.M., <\/strong>a certified Lifelong Learning Center (KDBM) by the National Organization for the Certification of Qualifications and Vocational Guidance (EOPPEP) and the Ministry of Education, Religious Affairs and Sports (certification code: 2100427), is implementing the seminar “Professional Development in Vocational Education and Training.”<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Target Audience<\/strong><\/p>

This program is designed for the following broad groups of individuals:<\/p>

A) For those who wish to gain points for instructor recruitment in Vocational Training Institutes (IEK) (2 points).<\/p>

B) For active teachers of all specialties and all levels.<\/p>

C) For undergraduate and postgraduate students.<\/p>

D) For private educators working in private schools and other structures.<\/p>

Objective<\/strong><\/p>

The program, with a total duration of 800 hours, aims at the theoretical and practical training of individuals interested in working as Adult Educators in Vocational Training Institutes (IEK).<\/p>

Duration<\/strong><\/p>

The program has a total duration of 800 hours, is implemented over a period of 7.5 months, and corresponds to 40 ECVET credits.<\/p>

Expected Outcomes<\/strong><\/p>

Having completed the program, trainees are expected to:<\/p>

  • Know the basic theoretical principles governing the field of Adult Education.<\/li>
  • Be able to apply the basic principles of designing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs in the field of Vocational Education and Training and Adult Education.<\/li>
  • Know the institutional framework of IEKs and, in particular, become familiar with their operating principles and the curriculum of the respective specialties.<\/li><\/ul>

    Delivery Method<\/strong><\/p>

    The educational design follows a methodology that supports Open and Distance e-learning. Teaching through an asynchronous distance learning system is primarily based on the asynchronous study of educational material and activity development, largely ensuring the autonomy of the learner. <\/p>

    The program consists of three (3) parts in total:<\/p>

    • Part A: trainees focus on the basic theoretical determinants of the field of Vocational Education and Training and Adult Education.<\/li>
    • Part B: trainees focus on the design of programs and teaching interventions in the field of Vocational Education and Training and AdultEducation.<\/li>
    • Part C: familiarization with the specific framework of Vocational Training Institutes, includes the institutional framework of Vocational Training Institutes in Greece.<\/li><\/ul>

      Each part includes:<\/p>

      • asynchronous online teaching via an e-learning platform, allowing the trainee to choose their personal study schedule to review the educational material,<\/li>
      • additional Training Material,<\/li>
      • Assessment activities.<\/li><\/ul>

        Certificate of Completion<\/strong><\/p>

        Upon completion of the program and provided there are no outstanding financial obligations, the trainee immediately receives a printed certificate of successful completion, accompanied by a Diploma Supplement.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
